Our Commitment

Your social media data belongs to you. BISWAJIT PAL is only a secure control center. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the services you explicitly requested.

1. Data We Access

Only after you grant explicit permission through each platform’s official OAuth login do we connect. We read:

• Posts, stories, comments, and private messages
• Engagement metrics and analytics
• Account information you choose to share

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively to power the features you selected:

• Displaying your unified dashboard
• Allowing you to reply to comments and DMs
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing content
• Generating analytics reports and KPIs

3. What We Never Do

We strictly follow these unbreakable rules:

• We never sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
• We never use your data for advertising or user profiling
• We never build any behavioral models or sell insights
• We never access data beyond what you authorize

4. Revocation & Deletion

You may revoke any platform authorization at any time directly inside the platform. Upon revocation we immediately stop all data access. At your request we will permanently delete all stored data within 48 hours and send you written confirmation.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and conduct regular third-party penetration testing.
